It all starts with a good tip and a clean shaft that slides through your fingers with ease!  The ferrule can also be changed to help get the type of hit you want.

I have been doing cue repair for several years at a local pool hall in Hoover, Alabama.  If you live in the area I can meet you somewhere or you can drop it off at my home or at Bumpers Billiards in Hoover, Alabama. I am usually there on Sundays from 2pm-8pm, and Mondays and Wednesdays from 6pm-9pm depending on my daytime job work schedule, so please feel free to call me first before you come by Bumpers.
